Date of Ban: 3/1/26
Ban Reason: "R slur"
Ban ID: BJK2-GVCF
Explain what happened: I was getting arrested and during the scene an officer made a comment that led to me asking is he "R slur". I was unaware that word/phrase is against TOS considering I am a twitch streamer and I say it frequently in my streams and I upload VODS with said words on that stream and have never been banned for it. Considering I have never been banned on twitch for using the word I ASSUMED it was within TOS for the server. One might say to read the server rules but not saying names but when you have the lead promoter in YouTube vids for this specific server having the same situations of using the "R slur" not only IN his videos but ALSO towards cops. I'm not calling myself a follower for that instance what I'm referring to is strictly that I was unaware due to Twitch not banning me and the main promoter for the server as long as multiple others have used the words I falsely assumed I was within guidelines. In all I’m just asking for a fair chance to move forward. I’m not someone who’s constantly getting banned or in trouble, and I think my overall record shows that I try to stay within the ROE and TOS so everyone can enjoy their RP experience. I understand that I broke a rule, and I’m not trying to deny that or shift blame. What I want is to clarify that I genuinely wasn’t aware of that specific rule at the time. It wasn’t intentional, and I wasn’t trying to ignore server guidelines. If I had known, I wouldn’t have done it. A permanent ban feels like a lot for a first mistake that came from a lack of awareness rather than malicious intent. I feel like a short suspension would’ve made the point clear and given me the opportunity to learn from it without completely removing me from the community. I take responsibility for not being aware of the rule beforehand. That’s on me. But I’m asking for a second chance to prove that I respect the server and that I can follow the rules properly moving forward.
