Who banned you? YoundPaydo
Character name: Isaiah Foster
Steam Hex: 11000015f2bed58
Date of Ban: Sep 27, 2026
Ban Reason: third-party modification (silent aim)
Ban ID: B8T6-B95C
Explain what happened: This is a request for an appeal of my permanent ban under “Third Party Modification.” I spun Families; I killed 1 member of their group and accidentally killed one of my own homies while doing so.
But what confuses me is why this is considered third-party modification?
My issue with that is that gun sway moves the weapon and the camera/aim at the same time. A static crosshair on the screen isn’t necessarily going to compensate for that movement or guarantee that the shot goes where the crosshair appears to be. Accidentally hitting my own member does not automatically mean I was using cheats.
I’m asking that the clip and the circumstances be thoroughly reviewed again before holding a permanent ban
I feel like this accusation can easily be debunked because, before I shot bino, you can literally see the sway activate and make me shoot him. Not to mention,
you totally ignored that I completely bricked all of my last shots.

PS I genuinely find it crazy that I got perma-banned off 1 weird shot from my perspective; this feels like this is just being used as an excuse to cope because you lost a member.
I’m not saying you need to take my word, but I know 1 questionable shot isn’t enough to have me permanently banned. I also want to add that you totally ignored my last shots, proving that I'm not using silent aim.
I also want to add that not all tracers line up with your crosshair, so I don't think you can judge off that, and that my crosshair lined up when I shot bino by accident. And I already know that you're going to say that the tracer isn't going to line up with the crosshair, and I'm letting you know that the tracer comes from the weapon path, not directly from your crosshair, as you can see that the gun lines up with bino.
I am editing this ban appeal 2 days later, finding out that the only reason it looked like my bullet curved was because of the server lag, as the clip shows that bino ran straight in front of my bullet, causing me to kill him.
I also want to mention that I made several tickets in an attempt to defend myself and to explain what had happened, but every time the main reply I got was simply “your bullet curved, you're using silent aim.” If you keep saying that I was using silent aim, those shots that I totally bricked should also be taken into consideration instead of focusing entirely on one unusual hit trying to make me hold a ban.
