Around a month ago I was false accused of using cheats within The Lands after someone I was added into a group chat with started screenshotting the chat, I opened a ticket and tried to explain and was treated not only unfairly but with a lack of understanding, I have been playing New Leaf since V1 and have a mild ban record, I have never used cheats in the lands or new leaf i have never been banned for cheats or any exploits and all my bans were to do with faction weapons, the screenshot that was used as proof has no actual evidence of me ever admitting to owning or using cheats and was completely out of context which I tried to explain, I was then told i can get my whitelist back if I do a pc check, which I agreed to but it was like 2 in the morning for me at the time and I had just had my new born son, and at the time I hadn’t been in the lands for over 3 weeks due to being burnt out and my son being born I was never given a fair chance to prove I don’t have any cheats or hacks and I would really appreciate if I could get my whitelist back or atleast have a fair chance.

For cheating. You were offered a PC check to prove that you were not cheating

And I couldn’t do a pc check at the time due to looking after my new born son and it being 2 am I’m in the uk so time zones are different and I hadn’t flown into the lands for a whole month before I got banned. I offered to do it the very next day and I’m still willing to do it.
